What is Prefab Construction?
Old-fashioned stick frame construction takes months of on-site coordination with a schedule sequence that does not change and is often delayed due to inclement weather. With prefab, building sections can be constructed in a controlled warehouse environment before the first shovel is on site. Those sections are then shipped to job sites to be assembled by local contractors in a fraction of the time.
